We can take your orders or answer your questions from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday thru Friday, and from 9:30 AM to 12:00 Noon on the first & third Saturday of each month. (Pacific Time Zone)

At this time we can accept orders by phone, e-mail and by regular mail.

Use your credit card if you like, but do not send credit card numbers by e-mail.  If orders are placed by phone we can tell you immediatly if the product(s)  you need are in stock.

If you choose to place an order by e-mail or regular mail please include your phone  number so we can contact you if a product is on back-order.  Many of our products are made in limited quantities by hand and others are by special order making back-orders a regretful possibility.

Best method of payment for quicker service are payments via credit cards or PayPal. If you do not have a Pay Pal account, you should think about getting one: http://www.paypal.com

Most orders are shipped at the prices listed in the table, however if the package will be very heavy we may need to charge you more.

Special Low First Class Shipping Price for U.S.  customers only.

Cost for this form of shipping & handling is less than Priority Airmail and takes up to 7 days for delivery.

We only use the U.S. Post Office.

I do not like to use FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.

For overseas orders we only ship directly from our Viet Nam Workshop.

More expensive methods (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Etc) seem to be slower and get caught up in customs more often.

There is no way to track International & First Class Airmail.

There are often delays in shipping to other countries depending on the customs office in each country.  Sorry to say we have no control over this.

If you request insurance you must order with a credit card and we will bill you for the shipping after the product's have been shipped so that we will know the exact cost.  You will receive another invoice for the shipping cost with a scan of the billing from the post office.  Insurance is not available to all countries.

You may see the cost of shipping to you is higher than the actual cost of post office billing as we ship at flat rates that cover average costs.

This is because we cover many un-seen shipping costs in these flat rates that are a big part of getting our products to you.

Those costs include the price we have to pay for boxes, shipping tape, shipping our products from our workshop to our inventory location.

We also cover the cost of shipping the best quality shells from around the world to our work shop in Viet Nam.

Regular mail is OK for orders as is e-mail, but include your phone number and/or e-mail address so we can contact you if needed.

We accept Check, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Paypal, Visa, Master Card, Discover and Amex Credit Cards for payment.
